Our next 220 Hour Yoga Immersion + Yoga Teacher Training starts November 13. Before it does, we’re opening the doors one more time. Come practice, have coffee, and ask every question you’ve been carrying around.

An all-levels class led by Shelley Carroll, E-RYT® 500, founder of Dancing Dogs Yoga and lead trainer for our teacher trainings. Shelley has been teaching since 2010 and has taught on six continents. Your class is free when you register. Can't make class? come to the Q+A only!

Pull up a chair. Ask about the schedule, what a training weekend actually feels like, the reading list, tuition and payment plans, scholarships, and the big one: “Am I ready?” (You probably are.)

Who this is for
People who want to teach yoga, and people who want to go deeper into their own practice with zero plans to teach. Both belong in this training.

About the training
• Nine in-person weekends, November 2026 to April 2027, in Inman Park, Atlanta
• Built on a chakra-based arc that moves through the body and the subtle body, weekend by weekend
• Anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, hands-on adjustments, trauma-informed teaching, meditation, and teaching yoga for every body
• Honors yoga’s South Asian roots, and social justice is part of the work
• A faculty with decades of combined teaching experience
• Strangers on opening weekend, family by graduation
