About the tutor:
I have been influenced by the insights Vanda Scaravelli gave us via the teaching of her students ( Diane long and the late Sophy Hoare) for over 20 years. This way of practicing allows us to express ourselves from a place of freedom and care. In this way, prescribed ways of ‘doing’ become negated and we begin the process of unfolding, losing tension and resting in the present moment.
