Nestled in the foothills of the majestic Himalayas along the sacred Ganges, this immersive residential course offers a profound journey into the heart of yoga tradition and teaching.

In operation since 2015, Arogya Yoga School has trained over 3,600 teachers from more than 54 countries Accredited with Yoga Alliance USA (RYS‑200/300 hrs yttc/500), the school emphasizes small class sizes—capped at 10–15 students—to foster personalized attention and deep practice.
Comprehensive Curriculum
This 200‑hour YTT blends physical, philosophical, and professional aspects of yoga teaching:
Daily Practice: Hatha and Ashtanga‑Vinyasa asanas with focus on alignment, adjustments, modifications, and sequencing
Pranayama & Meditation: Techniques such as Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, mantra chanting, mindfulness, and meditation
Cleansing (Shatkarma): Traditional practices including Jala Neti and Kunjal Kriya
Philosophy & Ethics: In-depth study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Yamas/Niyamas, and Ayurvedic lifestyle principles
Anatomy & Physiology: Exploration of muscular, skeletal, nervous, and energetic systems (chakras, nadis)
Teaching Skills: Hands‑on adjustments, voice modulation, class structuring, student engagement, ethics.
