This course will cover topics like:
The sequence of the Bikram yoga poses sometimes referred to as the 26+2, is a system of hatha yoga. We will also cover, but not limited to: History/Lineage, Asana Lab, Cueing, effective language, Pranayama
* Note the contraindication of Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga Mod 1 $475, Hot Yoga Mod 2 $525 or Bundle for $850!
