Are you interested in deepening your practice and immersing yourself in the foundational principles of Yoga? Nearme Yoga & Mrida Seva Yoga our offering Yoga teacher training this October 2025!
As a Registered Yoga School through Yoga Alliance, Nearme Yoga and Mrida Seva are proud to offer a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Training program. Our wonderful instructors Chelsea and Mara will guide you through Yoga philosophy and the art of teaching to equip you with all the skills needed to become a knowledgeable Yoga teacher. You’ll learn everything from Yoga anatomy, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, to sequencing and structure and teaching tips! Get ready for an enriching educational experience and an incredible journey of self-discovery. Any and all are welcome to register, whether you’re brand-new to your Yoga journey or an avid practitioner there’s plenty to learn.
