AYH Yoga Studies Path 200hr Teacher Training ( even if you don't want to be a teacher)A Training Designed for the Seekers, the Feelers, the Teachers, and the Rememberers
AYH’s Yoga Studies Path 200 is an immersive journey into the art and science of teaching yoga. This program is not about memorizing someone else’s script. It is about learning your body, understanding alignment and function, exploring philosophy, and developing the clarity and confidence to lead others with integrity.
We study yoga from the inside out—through anatomy, physiology, subtle body layers, posture labs, breathwork, meditation, lineage, and lived experience. You will learn how to guide safely, how to read the body in front of you, and how to create classes that feel supportive, intelligent, and honest.
This training meets you where you are, whether you dream of teaching or simply want to deepen your relationship with yourself. We cultivate readiness: the steadiness, curiosity, and skill that allow you to step into any space—on the mat or in life—with presence.
Expect to grow. Expect to unlearn. Expect to meet parts of yourself you’ve forgotten to listen to.

AYH’s Yoga Studies Path 200 is an invitation to know yourself deeply—and to share that knowing with the world in your own way.
When you are ready, your path is ready. I’ll meet you there.
If you are feeling drawn to a deeper study that balances traditional yoga teachings with modern anatomical understanding—and values discernment, safety, and integrity—this program may be a meaningful next step.
