Register here: https://tally.so/r/w5WogbChildren ages 5-8 are invited to listen to a story that incorporates grounding and yoga poses. Children will learn the yoga poses from the story and finish with a calming breathwork exercise. Parents are also encouraged to participate. This program is being provided by SERV (Services Empowering Rights of Victims).
This session is for ages 5-8. An additional session is being held on November 17 for ages 9-12.
Registration is required as space is limited.
Children younger than age 9 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the library.
