Play-based yoga introducing movement, breath, music, and imagination through thematic exploration.Approximately 30 - 60 minutes in length.
A blanket, yoga mat, small rug or beach towel are required.
For safety in the park, please plan to stay with children under 18.
Classes may be cancelled due to stormy or unhealthy weather.
