On Thursday, August 8, 2024, hosted by Yoga 4 Change, this charity experience features gentle yoga to prepare the body, followed by a sound bath by The Sound Healers Collective with over 80 instruments. Embrace self-compassion and transformation in a serene environment while supporting a meaningful cause.As part of the event, a Silent Auction will be held, featuring an array of exciting prizes. Participants will have the chance to bid on these captivating items while contributing to the mission of Yoga 4 Change.
The doors to the event will open at 6:00pm, with the sound bath experience commencing at 6:30 pm. Please note that doors will close promptly at 6:30pm to ensure an uninterrupted and immersive experience for all attendees. For the comfort of others, late entry will not be permitted, so kindly arrive early to secure your spot.

Ticket Pricing:
$33 - General Admission: Bring your own mat, blanket and or pillow. Whatever you may need to be comfortable on the ground during our 75 minute experience, as the Hall at Saint John's Episcopal Church has wood floors you will be resting on.
$55 - Premium Mat: We will provide 2 inch foam fitness mats for your comfort as well as a blanket. If you would like to bring your own blanket or a pillow, you are always welcome.
$77 - Zero Gravity Chairs: You will be seated and reclined in these wonderful chairs that will keep your body in alignment during the duration of your experience. We will have blankets on hand if you would like to use them and as always you are welcome to bring anything you may need to be comfortable.
