Yoga, Sound Bath, Brunch & Relax!

Join us with Breathe And Surrender at Kinetic Soul Studio on April 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) for a joyful morning filled with yoga, a soothing sound bath, and a delicious brunch. It's the perfect way to reconnect with your body and recharge yourself. It is also an opportunity to social with like-minded people. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, come relax and enjoy good vibes with us!

We will enjoy the sounds of 7 crystal bowls (432hz), a gentle flow movement and brunch with non-vegetarian and vegetarian options to nourish the body.

This is a 2h event. Please bring your yoga mats. Also bring your blankets, pillows or bolsters if preferred.

We will be seated on the floor for circle time. During sound bath we can lay down or be seated. You can also bring a chair if needed. For the amazing moms to be: please check with your doctor if this program is suitable. *Read more below if you are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
