Join us at The Sustainable Living Project (SLP) for a peaceful 9am outdoor yoga experience designed to help you reset and restore.

• Restorative Yoga

Jenny’s yoga journey began in 2008 while in nursing school, where she discovered how powerful yoga can be for both body and mind. She is a 2020 graduate of Lucky Cat Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training and leads classes in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath Meditation.

As a board-certified nurse practitioner and culinary wellness educator, Jenny blends her passion for Ayurveda, mindfulness, and movement to help others feel grounded, nourished, and balanced.

After class, Bramasole Flower Farm will be on-site with seasonal flowers available for purchase. Take home a bouquet to extend the calm and bring a bit of the garden with you.
