Yoga, Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony @ Bonnet House Museum & Gardens

Join us in a tranquil tropical oasis, surrounded by the restorative beauty of nature, art and history. Enjoy gentle 🌬️ breathwork and a slow Yoga🤸‍♀️ flow session, enhanced by a medley of global music 🎵 intertwined with the sacred sounds of live healing instruments.

Following this, we will engage in a beautiful and sacred Cacao 🍫 Meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️ Ceremony*, accompanied by a Sound Bath featuring crystal 🥣 bowls, flutes, and other healing 🎶 tools aimed at promoting emotional, spiritual, and physical healing.

Its also the last new moon of 2025, and perfect to manifest for the upcoming year.

After this enriching experience, enjoy a silent forest 🌳 bath and connect with the community.

The instructors will guide you through various poses, techniques, and meditations, offering clear instructions and modifications that cater to all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy this experience. Additional details can be found below.

Important Class Information

• Arrival: Doors open 8:30 am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
• Location: The class takes place on the Veranda deck of the museum home, offering stunning views of nature.
• Duration: Class 90 minutes + give extra time after
• The cacao elixir* is optional at Meditation ceremony.

• $ 30: Includes yoga class, aromatherapy gift, sound healing, Cacao meditation and complimentary private parking. ( No Cacao Elixer )
• $ 40: Includes yoga class, aromatherapy gift, sound healing, Cacao meditation and complimentary private parking ( Cacao Elixer included )

*Please note: Bonnet House offers a ticket that includes a house tour for $ 45. ( here ) The cacao elixir* is not included in these tickets. However, you can still take part in the ceremony, and for those interested in consuming Cacao, the elixirs will be available for purchase at the event. ( $10 each )

*Pre-registration: Required to guarantee your spot. Classes take place regardless of the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy. They are conducted on the covered, paved surface the Veranda at the Bonnet Museum home, which provides breathtaking views of nature.
