Begin your day with by choosing you and upgrade to a full day retreat and enjoy the award wining Spa from 10am. (Full day Spa Pass ticket option)

Then join us after your lunch break at the Ocean room studio at 1pm where our healing workshops begin. As you arrive, enjoy a refreshing mocktail and enjoy the stunning ocean views of Miami Beach.

For those who have just purchased tickets for the workshop, meet us at the Ocean room starting at 1pm for a guided yoga session and breathwork led by experienced instructor Catherine, guiding you through poses that promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

After yoga, indulge in the serene practice of hypnosis meditation with intention Hypnotherapist , allowing yourself to let go of stress and connect with your higher self. Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you delve into a state of your inner energy and vibrationa opening up to a whole new level of you deep relaxation and mindfulness.

In the afternoon, experience the transformative power of Sound Healing, as soothing vibrations envelop you, harmonizing your energy and restoring balance within. Let the sounds Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, drums, shakers, and chimes, expertly played by Ren Romero. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, as Catherine channels reiki universal life force energy to restore harmony & support your body's natural healing processes dissolving tension and promoting profound healing on a cellular level.

Exsperiance a community group interactive circle led by the renounded mediam Alexia channeling and connect with your highest self, inner healing meaning and purpose.

After the event, we will head out to the beach for our closing ceremony and social hour.

Vida Boa Wellness is a wellness brand dedicated to empowering individuals to live the "good life" or "vida boa," a popular Brazilian phrase signifying a life filled with vibrancy, simplicity, and overall happiness. Founder Catherine De Freitas, born in Miami and a Brazilian yoga teacher, has been teaching and hosting wellness events for over two years, driven by her belief that she was placed on Earth to help others and share her energy. Growing up in a spiritual family, she recognized early on that life transcends the physical experience, a realization deepened through her yoga practice, which connects mind, body, and spirit.
