YOGA SOCIAL: A WELLNESS NIGHT OUT
Breathe deep. Move freely. Then raise a glass.
Join us for a vibe-heavy evening of mindful movement and good energy. We’re kicking things off with a tropical house–infused yoga flow led by Rachel Jorge from Modo Yoga Brooklin, followed by a grounding guided meditation.
When the flow ends, the social begins.

About the Flow:Modo Flow is a movement-based practice that connects breath to fluid transitions rooted in vinyasa yoga and built on the foundation of a classic Modo class. This class is ideal for those with some yoga experience looking to deepen their practice, but it's accessible and adaptable for beginners as well. Expect to move, sweat, and feel empowered.
We’ll close the practice with a guided meditation, grounding the body and clearing the mind.
