Come celebrate the longest day of the year with Rosemary beside the water. We'll roll out our mats lakeside for a gentle morning yoga flow, breathe in that fresh Armagh air!
And if you're feeling courageous? The lake will be waiting for an OPTIONAL dip🌊
Please take a yoga mat + towel for underneath!
The dip is optional + entirely at your own risk — please know your own limits + only swim/dip if you're a confident to do so.
