Sign up for the free 60 minute pop-up Ying Yang yoga session on the shielded mezzanine floor with windows looking down to the big "monsterzaal" with the boxing ring installation. The session will be open for everyone who is curious and both beginner and advanced friendly.
JDuring this well balanced yoga class you will experience all the good stuff about yoga: expect a physical challenge and a good relaxation at the same time.

Get into the flow and combine active Yang exercises for energy in the body. Create space and unwind during Yin to release any stress. Expect deep and slow Yin exercises that focus on the deep function and relaxation of the connective tissue.
