We're delighted to invite you to our CYF Autumn Event 2026, led by the highly respected Richard Adamo, who brings many years of experience in the British Wheel of Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, this event is open to everyone. Come and enjoy a welcoming, friendly day of yoga, learning, relaxation and connection.
