Our 50-hour Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers and movement lovers ready to explore strength, rhythm, and intentional sequencing. Explore how to blend traditional yoga principles with sculpt elements like light weights, repetition, and rhythmic flow.
This training qualifies for 50 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours. A 200-hour YTT is not required to enroll.
