Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights, cardio & plyometrics. It will be an intense & challenging class, but beginners are welcome & encouraged. Modifications will be provided for all-levels! This class is practiced in the heat.
Bring light weights!
