Kristen is a Yoga and Mindful Movement Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer specializing in the powerful intersection of strength, alignment, and embodied awareness. With a deep foundation in proper biomechanics and muscle development, she brings a unique and intelligent approach to yoga sculpt—where intentional movement meets strength training.

Known for a sharp eye for alignment and a passion for safe, sustainable muscle building, Kristen teaches her students how to move with precision, especially when incorporating weights into their practice. Her approach emphasizes detailed alignment, breath-driven movement, and structural integrity to ensure students build strength without compromising mobility or long-term joint health.

In the Yoga Sculpt Training Course, Kristen will guide you through the essential principles of handling weights within a yoga-based format, emphasizing proper movement mechanics, effective breathing techniques, and creative sequencing. Beyond the physical, the training explores how to cultivate deeper body awareness and meaningful connection. Balancing compassion with empowerment, Kristen believes growth happens when we feel supported and challenged in equal measure. Her mission is to help instructors and students alike lead sculpt classes that are strong, safe, and rooted in mindful connection—where strength is built from the inside out.
