Outdoor yoga with sauna and smoothies!
My studio classes continue through the summer with flow yoga on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings, yin on Thursday evenings and my wonderful fusion class, slow & flow (melding together yin and flow), on Friday mornings.
For those who yearn to be outside a bit more I am offering a couple of sessions a month in my lovely sunny garden, followed by time in our wood fired sauna with smoothies and herbal tea while you relax before or after your time in the sauna.
These are likely to be popular so do book your session! The first one is this Saturday morning. Such a fabulous way to spend time with your friends! And if sauna is not your thing there is still an option to join in with our yoga session and just relax with a drink afterwards.
How does it work?
Sessions are scheduled three times a month on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and Tuesday evening at 6pm. As usual, book through my booking system at www.BelieveinWellbeing.co.uk/book-in.
For those having a sauna afterward please wear your swimwear under your clothing ready to sauna bathe after yoga. Bring flip-flops, a towel to sit on and a larger towel for after your sauna as well as warm clothing to relax in and for your journey home. Please bring your own mat. I will have mats available at a fee of £2 per mat to take account of cleaning. Towels will also be available at a fee if you do forget yours.
Our lovely little wood-fired sauna can accommodate 4-6 people, so while some are using the sauna there will be plenty of space in the garden for you to relax with a smoothie or herbal tea. And for those heating things up we have a big ole whiskey barrel for you to dunk in too!
Your yoga and sauna session with drinks is £20 for 2 and a half hours. For those just enjoying our yoga and drinks the cost is £10.
