Step into a day of deep nourishment and heartfelt connection at All About the Love, a replenishing retreat day with Saira Francis in a stunning historic tithe barn in the most idyllic village of Abbotsbury in the rural Dorset countryside. Surrounded by nature and held in sacred space, this is your invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect, with yourself and with love.
A blissful day to escape and deeply retreat from life and stress. Coming back into our hearts to remember the love.
This day is held in the beautiful village of Abbotsbury in Dorset, in the oldest Tithe Barn in England that remains. The abbey ruins sit alongside the barn and the venue is surrounding by a idyllic village pond, a 'pick your own flowers' garden, various independent boutique sellers yard and an indoor or outdoor space for us to practice yoga depending on the weather.
St Catherines Chapel, sits high on the landscape and is an iconic site much loved by residents and visitors to Dorset.
The area is known for its abundant earth energy, a sacred part of England where history and healing combine to bring us the perfect place to enrich our hearts and reconnect to Mother Nature.
Saturday
10:00 am Arrive at Abbey Barn, Abbotsbury
10:30 am Yoga flow with Saira for all abilities with beautiful heart opening meditation and breathwork, vinyasa flow yoga, yoga nidra and relaxation.
12:30 pm Vegan Buddha Bowl Lunch from Cherries cafe at Abbotsbury
1:30 pm Walk up the hill to St Catherines Chapel and admire the far reaching views right across the Jurassic Coast to Portland to Lyme Regis. Meditation at the top to open our hearts to Mother Earth and the sacred energies of this special place
2:45 pm Sound Bath with 7 chakra singing bowls, tibetan bowls, symphonic gong, koshi chimes and more. (the acoustics for sound vibes in the barn are insane!!)
3:45 pm Vegan cakes and lovely tea
4:00 pm Goodbyes!
