YOGA ROCKS THE HOLIDAYS

Yoga with Chuck returns to Taffeta Music Hall with another YOGA ROCKS! This time Rocking The Holidays. Get Festive, Move Your Body and Have Fun with this unconventional yoga experience that takes place in a music club.

Yoga Rocks is a non-pretentious, welcoming atmosphere for the absolute beginner yogi to those with a regular practice.

Your ticket includes a post class "Seasonal Cocktail" from the bar (TBD) or non-alcholic options are also available. * Please bring ID if you beverage choice will have alcohol.

Please note this takes place in a music venue. While the floors are cleaned, this is not a pristine yoga studio, it's recommended to bring a beach towel or small sheet to place under your mat. Bring any props that might enhance your practice.

Ample Lot and Street Parking Available.

Taffeta is part of the Western Ave Studios. Traditionally this day will also include Open Studios where you can visit with hundreds of artists and it's a GREAT place to do some holiday shopping afterwards.

Come alone or come with your friends, the entire experience is a great way to spend a Sunday and get some holiday cheer.
