Welcome to a transformative yoga retreat designed for exploration of the energy centers within, restoration of balance, and reconnection with nature. Through guided yoga, meditation practices, and the healing vibrations of sound therapy, we will journey through the 7 basic chakras—from root to crown—and create space for physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
Surrounded by the serenity of nature at Lysos, Paphos, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and align with your higher self. Let the rhythms of the earth, movement, and sound guide you home.

With a mission to inspire people to live with love and light, Derek will take you on a dynamic yoga journey to awaken your spirit. He has received training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in India and Hatha Yoga in the United Kingdom.
🧘‍♀️Elena Malactou - Flowithin
A yoga teacher who promotes physical and spiritual alignment and helps you transition into a fluid practice. Elena has received training in Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga in Cyprus and Greece. She is also a certified 300hr Meditation instructor.
🌬️Special Guest: Antonia Michalakakou
Antonia has the gift to take you on a sacred journey within, through sound and vibration that offers deep relaxation and inner peace. Antonia has received her training in Scotland in MSc Music Therapy and Sound Healing in Barcelona.
