We will explore movement and rest to create harmony of body & mind. Enjoy yoga, a sound bath, a mindful craft, a yoga nidra meditation, and breath work in the historical village of Wing. See full itinerary below.Take a walk and visit the medievel maze, one of only eight turf cut mazes left in England. Historically the maze would have been used for meditation and festive purposes. A wonderful , relaxing way to treat yourself to some you time! Lunch is included (with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.)

Itinerary for the day:
Fresh pastries - to set up us up for the day!
Mindful walk – visiting the maze
Relaxing self applied guided TempleSpa facial: Gentle self-care
Yoga - A gentle Hatha yoga practice suitable for all levels
including beginners, to promote peace and calm and inward reflection as well as creating a focused mind.
Chair yoga option also.
Breathwork - We will explore different breathing techniques to create calm and clarity.
Lunch - A tasty nutritious lunch is included (with vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options available)
Yoga nidra meditation - I will lead you in rest, in a guided yoga nidra meditation
Sound bath - an immersion into the healing world of sound as I play various instruments around and over the body so you can feel the effects of these beautiful healing sound vibrations. Option to participate lying or seated.
