A summer yoga day to take time out to relax and restore.
Summer can often be a busy time of year with school holidays, festivals and events. This day will be an opportunity to pause and create some time out to disconnect and nurture the mind body and spirit.
The quiet view is the perfect escape surrounded by the Kent countryside an oasis of peace and tranquility. The garden has lots of quiet spots to meditate and enjoy the summer flowers.
What to expect....
Two yoga sessions, a morning practice focusing on the elements earth, water, fire, air and space, gentle flowing practice with poses to connect with each element and balance the chakras.
Afternoon yin, restorative session focusing on the heart and small intestine meridians nourishing the fire element of summer time.
A guided relaxation, yoga nidra, breath work, mantra and sacred sounds, tibetan bowls, crystal bowl, native flute and shruti.
Time out to journal, labyrinth walk, rest and be in nature.
Healthy snacks and herbal teas provided, please bring a packed lunch.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket and a block/ bolster if you have one.
Yoga is for everybody, all levels, beginners welcome.
