Join me for a restful, joy filled day of Yoga, Meditation, Creativity and Play. Leave your concerns and worries behind and enjoy a day retreat designed for renewal and rejuvenation of your body, mind, and spirit.
Our day begins leisurely at 10:00 am and ends at 3:30 pm; a healthy breakfast and a delicious lunch will be provided.
Wear comfortable yoga or loose fitted clothing and bring your journal. If you do not have a journal, one will be provided.
