Hi All yogis,
This is a rare opportunity to drop deeper into your yoga practise, to get a fuller understanding of what your personal yoga practise is giving you and how to get more from your weekly classes.
Held within the beautiful surroundings of Helens Manor, we can explore our personal practises and tweak techniques, to take into our regular practises. I will guide you into meditation, pranayama, asana practise, deep relaxation and Yoga Nidra and there will be time for short 'one to one' sessions.
If the weather is good we can be outside on the lovely lawns, otherwise Yoga will be held in the magnificent Great Barn. There is also woodland to explore and some great trees to hug!
