What to expect in class -
A gentle, slow-paced yoga practice that focuses on relaxation and stress reduction through supported poses and mindful breathing. Class is designed to activate the PNS promoting a state of rest and recovery. Class involves holding poses for extended periods with the support of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing for deeper relaxation and tissue hydration.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
