This 75 minute workshop offers the combined benefits of yoga with the gentle healing power of Reiki. Ali, Nealee, & Kelsey will guide you into restful yoga poses using the support of props so you will comfortable and relaxed. To enhance your yoga practice the healing energy of Reiki will be applied to different areas of the body to help you access deeper levels of relaxation and healing. Yoga + Reiki is a powerful combination leaving one feeling deeply rested and at peace. Class size limited to 18, please sign up in advance. Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Please note that essential oils may be used in this class. Reiki is a hands-on Japanese healing system which promotes stress-reduction, relaxation, balance, and self-love.
