Learn the benefits of breastfeeding for mom, baby, and the family in this single session, in-person class. Topics include:

• Physiology of milk production

• Positioning techniques

• Elements of a good latch

• Common questions and concerns

• Hand expression and pumping information

• Ideas for going back to work and introducing the bottle

C ouples are welcome. Class will be held upstairs in the Cedar Conference Room. Ask the front desk for directions.
