Yoga Recharge in an Exotic Orchid Garden (2/22)

You're encouraged to arrive early to enjoy a meditative walk wandering through the Orchid garden, giving you a chance to take in the natural beauty all around. Once you've had the opportunity to appreciate the lush greenery and colorful flowers, we'll drop into a 60-minute mellow vinyasa inspired slow flow surrounded by exotic plants.

This nature-inspired sequence will cater to all ability levels (beginners are encouraged to join).

We'll conclude the grounding practice with a deeply relaxing savasana (the final resting pose).

Afterward, you can spend additional time perusing the plants in the garden and enjoy coastal views from behind the greenhouse.

A COMPLIMENTARY immune-boosting herbal tea will be provided - just bring your own cup!

Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat), if needed, yoga mats are available to rent but advance notice is required.

Shelldance Orchid Gardens is located uphill. Follow the windy road up and you'll pass a couple residences before seeing the Sweeney Ridge Trailhead and then the greenhouse will be on the right. ***NOTE: The main entrance is around the back, where you can see the view of the Pacific Ocean.

DETAILED DIRECTIONS - Please read carefully and allow additional time to ensure you have ample time to find the place, check-in and settle into the space.

HEADING SOUTH - FROM SAN FRANCISCO TOWARD PACIFICA : You'll need to drive past where highway 1 ends and turnaround back where you came (ultimately make a U-turn by turning around at either the Chevron or Shell gas station).

Once you've turned around, you'll see orange signs for "Shelldance Orchid Garden" on the right. After you pass the police station, you make a right at the next entrance. It's a SHARP RIGHT and continue driving up the hill.

Follow the road as it winds to the top of the hill until you see the Sweeny Ridge Trailhead. You can park for free there, then PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE ORCHID GARDEN FOR YOGA .

(If driving north toward Pacifica, no need to turn around, just follow the signs and turn right after the police station :))
