Senior Teacher, Susannah Freedman will guide you on a profound journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening by delving into the sacred scriptures of Yoga. As a sangha join with other yoga practitioners and enjoy guided practices, participatory discussions, and space to digest and integrate through meditation and yoga nidra.

All are encouraged and welcome to attend this six week immersion into the wisdom of yogic philosophy. This course is open to both beginners and long-time practitioners.

Yoga Teachers and Yoga Teacher Trainers: This immersion offers 18-Hours of Continuing Education hours with the Yoga Alliance, and can be applied towards the required hours for our Green Yogi 300-hour teacher training.
