I am passionate about yoga and personal development so I want to blend in the two and create a community, a safe space, where you can share your thoughts and connect with one another on a deeper level.

•Starting with a 45min Hatha Yoga session which is perfect for beginners, anyone who just wants a good stretch and really for any levels.

•Then we get together for a conversation for another 45mins - the topic could be anything (I will also give you some cues about topics to deepen the discussion and come up with some games to make it fun)

•You can join for both or just one of the activities, arrive late or leave early as you wish.

•As it’s a new project it will be donation based for the time being.

•Please bring mats, warm clothes, and maybe a blanket for the chatting part
