Saturday September 28th1-3p with Robyn
Inversions, Arm Balances, Backbends and more! Come explore the funkier asana poses in a safe and supportive environment. Sometimes we see a glimpse of something we might want to try in a practice but are too nervous to try in class or don't know where to start. Classes go by so fast and getting one-on-one help from the instructor is usually not in the cards but in this workshop we will break these poses down and you'll get one-on-one support from Robyn and other assisting instructors!
