boutique vinyasa yoga studio with a healthy dose of heart, humor and

Isabella Guzman's classes are inspired by the dynamic energy and harmonious state of breath found in over a decade of Ashtanga studies. From Flow vinyasa, she integrates fluidity, creativity and gives special attention to the needs of the body but most importantly the heart. Her ability to weave themes, mythology, and philosophy make her classes educational and spirited. Isabella is a student first and foremost, continuously searching and learning to refine her own practice, adding to 14 years of experience and learned teaching skills. She emphasizes inclusive, trauma-informed, and nurturing aspects to her teaching style. You can find her teaching yoga in Oakland, skating, paddle boarding, cuddling with her cat Kali or providing instructions on Yoga, skating, dancing on the wow app.
