Join us for a YMCA Yoga class instructed by Nora. Class will be held on the 3rd floor of the Plains Art Museum. Participants my arrive as early as 9:45 AM and should be prepared to sign a waiver before participating. All experience levels are welcome!
After class, take some time to reflect and explore the gallaries at the Plains Art Museum.
