Join us for a revitalizing yoga class every Saturday morning at 10am and every Tuesday at 6pm. Our experienced teacher, Chris Mayhan, will guide you through the practice at The Rogers O'Brien AmphitheaterChris is a certified yoga instructor with a wealth of experience, spanning over 15 years. She specializes in creating a tranquil environment where participants can find inner peace by connecting with their breath and letting go. Chris has successfully completed the 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Alliance, showcasing her commitment to her craft.
Passionate about uplifting others, Chris begins each day with a grateful heart and believes in promoting acceptance and self-love through various types of yoga. In addition to teaching weekly classes at The Core and the YMCA, Chris leads yoga events throughout the city of Coppell.
As an energetic presence within the Cypress Waters community, Chris resides in Sage Hill and works at Landon Winery at the Sound. When she's not guiding yoga sessions, she enjoys early morning runs along the Cypress Waters Trail. Chris also combines her knowledge and passion for both yoga and wine in a unique experience called "Yoga with a Sip," a delightful and meditative yoga class coupled with a glass of wine.
