Join us for our summer yoga series hosted in our beautiful outdoor classroom. Classes last 50 minutes and may be purchased individually or as a set.
In this vinyasa yoga we will link purposeful movement and breath with intention, in this serene outdoor environment students can gain more comfort with their practice. This class will take students through mindful postures and sequences that are accessible to all, from beginner to more advanced, with adaptations and modifications available throughout the class. Bring a mat or towel and your water bottle.
By registering for this class you agree to the following statement: I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. By registering for this class, I acknowledge that participation in yoga classes exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk.
Classes cannot be refunded, but registration can be transferred.
