Please join us for Yoga on the farm at 12 pm each Friday afternoon beginning June 21st. Meet with Christine, of Nature-ally Meditated, a dedicated yoga instructor known for her serene presence and commitment to holistic wellness. With many years of teaching experience, Christine inspires her students to cultivate mindfulness, strength, & flexibility through her thoughtful guidance and calming demeanor. Her classes blend traditional yoga practices with modern techniques, creating a nurturing space for personal growth and inner peace. Cost is $15/per person, cash paid directly to Christine. Bring a mat, blanket, or chair depending on your ability.
