About this Event

Join us at Middlebrook Farm for our Yoga at the Farm summer series with Darcey Noyce, 500RYT!

This class will take place from 5:30-6:30 PM on the first Monday of each month from June through August and on the second Monday in September.

The class will be set amongst the peaceful surroundings of the farm and will include some gentle movement, meditation and breathwork - any and all experience is welcome!

Bring your own mat, water, towel and invite a few friends for an evening of unwinding, moving mindfully, fresh air and enjoying the beauty of the farm.
