Yoga On The Farm

Join us every Saturday morning at 10am for a nourishing & uplifting meditation + yoga class. Spend the morning connecting with mother nature and community.

Sink into a heart-based flow that ignites inspiration, empowerment, self reflection, healing and stepping out of your comfort zone in a safe and playful environment, immersed in Mother Nature. Explore a guided meditation that takes you on a journey into your heart and inner power, followed by an uplifting flow designed to slowly open the body, create an inner fire, breath awareness and leave you melting into savasana. Class is inclusive to all levels and everyone.
