Join us for a yoga class on the beach! Experience what it feels like to slow down, and connect with your body and breath. Explore slow, mindful movements, briefly holding postures for strength and balance, release tension and stress, and connect with nature. Beginner friendly. You can find us on Beach 3 near the Stull Nature Center. Please check in when you arrive. Venmo payments will be accepted or pay ahead on our website. Registration is required at infinitelove.yoga. In case of inclement weather class will be held at the studio, 310 East 10th St.
