This Valentines Day, celebrate with a partner yoga class! Bring a significant other, a friend or a family to join Lauren & Kris for a fun playful class! This class will explore traditional yoga poses, with a twist to include both you and your partner. Practice love, friendship and gratitude in this 60 minute class.
