Weekly Sunday classes where we use tools such as transformational breathwork & meditation to balance the Chakras’s feminine/masculine energy within us & unlock trapped emotions and tips on how to create the mindset you desire to go after your goals and live as your authentic self everyday!

For ALL: If you suffer with chronic mental health disorders PTSD or Trauma. If you are dreamers healers seekers beginners experienced Men Women 2SLGBTQIA and everyone in between. Then this is a safe space for you to ground grow transform and see the true potential within yourself to succeed in every area of your life!
