Fort Monroe yogis have been loving the STL yoga vibes, so we are bringing more fun your way!
Join us for a flow that is open to everyBODY on select Sundays (2nd + 4th) AND select Wednesday's (1st). All community classes are open to all levels, so a new yogi + and seasoned practitioner can enjoy. Invite a friend and get ready for some fun on + off the mat.
** If the weather is nice we might move it outside on Wednesday nights! Make sure to RSVP in advance so we can keep you up to date
