Adults-only yoga classes instructed by Yulia Weston, a licensed yoga instructor. Classes meet on Mondays at 10:45 am and on Tuesdays at 7:15 pm.
**No Tuesday classes on March 17 & 24, 2026.**
Please, arrive early and inform the instructor of any injuries or special needs you might have. Bring your yoga mat, water, any props you'd like to use, and enjoy your practice with us! New attendees will need to sign a waiver.
