Unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself at our monthly Yoga Nidra class.
Each session begins with a gentle stretch to release tension and prepare the body for deep rest, followed by a 45- to 60-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Afterward, enjoy a cup of tea and a heartfelt conversation in community.
This group is facilitated by Evolve Wellness CEO and owner, Tyler Mauler — certified yoga instructor, herbalist, personal trainer, and fitness nutrition specialist — and co-facilitated by licensed mental health therapist and clinic director Joseph Mauler, LCPC, NCC. All are welcome — no experience necessary.

- $30 per session for new and current clients
