This yoga Nidra held in the community hall at Westfield Church, will be delivered in a traditional style to promote yogic sleep and relaxation. You will need to bring your own mats and blankets ( and anything else you want to make you snuggly lying on the floor for the hour long session).
No experience required and all adults are welcomed.
