Step into deep rest and inner stillness with this 1-hour Yoga Nidra class. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to bring your body into a state of profound relaxation while the mind steps into the space of the observer. This meditative state allows the nervous system to deeply relax and reset—supporting stress relief, better sleep, emotional healing, and mental clarity.This is a practice for body, mind and soul. It allows you to move beyond everyday activities and delve deeply into your inner world.
Participants simply lie on one of our zero gravity chairs or on a blanket on the beach-like floor of the salt room. They are invited to set an intention for their practice, and listen to verbal cues designed to facilitate a release of any physical, mental or emotional tension.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this class is perfect for anyone seeking rest, recovery, or a deeper connection to their inner self.
Katie Bock will lead you through this Yoga Nidra practice.
The class is $30 per person and is 1 hour.
